How long does onboarding take after we sign?
We begin onboarding within 1–3 business days after the contract is agreed. For complex migrations, the timeline is agreed together in the technical proposal.
Are there long-term contracts?
No minimum long-term contracts. Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with 30-day notice. Transparency is our core value.
Does ZidCloud serve clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. We actively serve clients in the UAE and are open to other international clients. Communication can be in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (IDR & USD), and other payment methods can be discussed based on client needs.
