Pricing questions
Do these prices include server/VPS costs?
No. The prices listed cover ZidCloud's management services — configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and support. Cloud provider or VPS costs (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.) are billed separately by the provider.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan anytime as your business needs change, with no penalty fees.
Are there long-term contracts?
No minimum long-term contracts for monthly plans. Services can be cancelled anytime with 30-day notice.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept bank transfers (IDR & USD). Other payment methods can be discussed based on client needs.
I need more than one service — is there a bundled plan?
