Mazid.id — Full-Coded Education Management Platform

Project Overview

Mazid.id is a SaaS platform designed to help educational institutions in Indonesia manage their administrative needs, student data, payments, and daily operations more efficiently within a single digital system.

This project was developed by ZidCloud in direct response to the real needs of Indonesian educational institutions — particularly schools, madrasahs, pesantrens, and learning centers that need a modern, flexible, and easy-to-use management system.

Challenge

Many educational institutions in Indonesia still manage their data and administration manually, in silos, or through systems that aren't fully integrated. This makes student management, payments, reporting, and day-to-day operations far less efficient than they could be.

Mazid.id was built to address this gap — providing a more modern, structured, and scalable system ready to grow with the needs of Indonesian educational institutions.

Implementation Process

1. Product Planning

ZidCloud designed the system concept based on the operational needs of Indonesian educational institutions — covering administration, data management, and the broader digitalization of day-to-day operations.

2. Backend Development

The backend was developed using Laravel with a clean, well-structured codebase designed for long-term maintainability, easy integration, and future feature expansion.

3. Supabase Self-Hosted Setup

Supabase self-hosted was incorporated into the backend and database architecture, providing greater flexibility and control over data management and infrastructure.

4. Frontend Development

The frontend was built with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS to deliver a modern, responsive, fast, and user-friendly interface for educational institution administrators.

5. Security & Monitoring

Cloudflare was configured to handle security, DNS, and access performance. Sentry was integrated for error monitoring to ensure the development and maintenance process remains well-controlled and transparent.

Result

Mazid.id was successfully delivered as a SaaS education management platform built from scratch with a modern tech stack.
